Read-only events cannot be edited directly within this app.
You need to edit them at the data source connected to Simple Calendar, such as Google Calendar for holidays or birthdays.
To delete these events, remove them from the data source connected to Simple Calendar, and they will no longer be displayed. Please follow the steps below to change settings or delete data:
Deleting Events Suggested by Siri
- Open the "Settings" app on your device.
- Tap on "Calendar" and then "Siri & Search."
- Turn off "Show Siri Suggestions in App."
Note:
- For birthdays, deleting the birthday information from the Contacts app will remove the event.
- For other external data, such as Gmail or Google Calendar, you will need to turn off the settings in Gmail or other respective platforms.
If you cannot delete an event, you can hide the relevant calendar by turning it off in the "Show/Hide Calendar" settings.
