Notifications are received even though notifications are turned off

It's possible that the notification settings for the standard calendar, Simple Calendar, and Google Calendar are each turned on.

In that case, you will receive notifications regardless of the settings in Simple Calendar. Please turn off notifications for each app in the settings.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to "Notifications" ⇒ "Calendar" ⇒ Turn off "Allow Notifications."
